I believe fast fangs is the best way to make Arbok a viable threat in higher tiers, even in OU. Tell me what you think!

I got a Cool Idea.
What If Arbok could Learn Ancient Power and then Evolve in a Titanoboa Sized Cobra.
Maybe Poison Dragon type?
And it could be called TitanoKobra?
Basically it gets Bulkier and Get Faster. And Has an Ability like Your Quick fangs where Biting/Fang moves move Faster.
And maybe add a new Attack like Dragon Fang attack.
